Ordered the E665 from MT. One more train (Haven't decided which one), and I'm all set for the beginning of my adventure of starting to construct a Layout. Thanks for all the help guys!!! :)

So, you now have the 0 series shinkansen, the 259 NEX and the E655 ordered.. Sounds like you need either a freight train or a lovely steamer.. Or better yet, both ;)

Hmmm. I was more thinking about a Subway. With steamer you mean a steam train I guess. I know nothing about them, even though I saw a steamer for the Emperor yesterday somewhere.

$400? WOW. Now thats a lot of money for a Train.Or isn't it?

Well in fairness, the exchange rate is the exchange rate. Even if it'd been in stock at HS it would've been 350. Also, at the time, I'd missed a couple of Keihan releases, and I didn't want to miss this one. Now I've got five (new 3000, 5000, 6000, 8000, and 9000) plus Tomytec's of the 600 and various ex-3000 now owned by private railways, and an MA pre-order for the 800. So probably not gonna pay 400 for a Keihan train again. *probably*.

I missed the MicroAce East-I

There was a model of this? It may be contrary to popular opinion, but I think I prefer this to Dr. Yellow. :grin. Did it include that MaYa50 car with the cameras?

Yap. I have it a VERY long time on my wish list/ waiting mail list on HS. http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10206567  I did see the mail pop up once, but it was SO FAST once I click the link to order it was already sold-out....

I definitely prefer this over Doctor Yellow, since it's a JR East inspection train, which is a region which I usually collect. Also, the investigation lights on the top of car 2 is simply beautiful!

Too bad it costs an arm and a leg to get one now....
