Sacto1985 Posted August 23, 2014 Share Posted August 23, 2014 (edited) Here is a recent zenmen tenbou video of a trip from Kawasaki to Tachikawa Stations on the JR East Nambu Line: Note that the trains are only six cars long. As such, the 205 Series EMU that this video is taken from accelerates up to speed quite a bit faster than the much longer 205's that used to run on the JR East Saikyo and Keiyo Lines. Starting in October 2014, the 205's and 209's running on the Nambu Line will be replaced by the new E233-8000 EMU, the first unit of which has started testing on this line.
