Here's a selection of zenmen tenbou videos I found on YouTube of trains that take a long time to go from one end of the run to the other.

The first is a Tobu Railway run from Tobu Asakusa Station all the way to Aizutajima Station via the Tobu Skytree Line, Tobu Nikko Line, Tobu Kinugawa Line and Aizu Railway Line on a Tobu 6050 Series EMU:

Note that Aizutajima Station is the north end of the electrified portion of the Aizu Railway Line.

The second is the Nichirin limited express from Miyazaki Airport Station to Kokura Station via the JR Kyushu Nippo Main Line on a 783 Series EMU:

I believe this is the longest limited express run of any non-Shinkansen train on Kyushu.

The final one--and the shortest--is the Kirishima limited express from Kagoshima-Chūō to Miyazaki on the Kagoshima Main Line and Nippo Main Line on a 783 Series EMU:

Thanks for sharing. With the final video, I saw a yellow tie tamper in there. And surprized to see a 2 car 817 series that end of the island also.
