Some expensive scrap aluminium there. I can see anyone wanting to sign those off as fit for flight.

I can see them be torn down, and rebuilt in some manner. I sorta feel for Montana Rail Link, or rather the poor engineering department who had to figure out how to essentially remove those bodies with what amounts to a few track jacks and some string.
