Short documentary about the Hokutan Railway. This line was projected to run from Fukuchiyama to Ama-no-hashidate but never got there. Instead it became one of Japan's most Colonel Stephens-esque lines. Today's Kita Kinki Tango Railway follows the same path (but not the same alignment), but not with the same degree of ricketyness.
