Note that you have to change trains normally at Sasayamaguchi Station (seen at 1:09:33 to 12:20:00 in the video) to reach Fukuchiyama Station, but this video is filmed on a smaller number of trains that travel the whole route. Note the single-track line and much more rural look of the line north of Sasayamaguchi.
