Info about Hakone Tozan

Someone can tell me what kind of partnership goes between Hakone Tozan and RhB?

I find only a generic "twinning railway with RhB".

They have had a "sister railway" agreement since 1979.  The intention is for touristic promotion- such as special trains, headmarkers, souvenir items, etc.  It draws more tourists to ride the Hakone Tozan Rlwy, and also serves to promote the Rhaetian Rlwy and Swiss tourism to Japanese.
