EH200 mishap

Seems this EH200 had a mishap of some kind and derailed (ran into a snowbank ?)

Anybody know/hear about this ?

There was also an EH200 derailment at Kobuchizawa, about 60km down the Chuo Line toward Tokyo.  http://yoshikun-blog.cocolog-nifty.com/blog/2014/02/eh200-8d92.html .  This does not look like locomotive #24, plus it's a significant distance away, it must be two different incidents.
