scott
Most of you probably know about this site, but on this page: http://www.jrtr.net/backissue/index_backissue.html you can check out the back issues of this journal, which, at least in the recent editions, have back-cover stories titled "New Japanese Railway Scenery," with pictures, maps, line descriptions, etc. (The images only seem to appear in the PDF versions, at least for me.) {EDIT: Oops, there's a page with direct links to all the "Scenery" articles: http://www.jrtr.net/scenery/index_scenery.html } There's also a 2-page pdf about Tokyo Station that has a 3D cutaway-view plan of the station: http://www.jrtr.net/jrtr01/pdf/photostory.pdf Link to comment
CaptOblivious
I'd seen that magazine before, but not those specific features. Nice find. More of the 3d station maps can be had on JR Easts website here: http://www.jreast.co.jp/E/stations/ Link to comment
