how much is this worth?

i found this on yahoo jp.  the auction unexpectedly ended, but i suspect it will be reposted.  i have no particular need for these now, except as general plates and such for a future layout.  does anybody have an idea of the value of this "treasure?"  just ballpark as i am unfamiliar with the tomix stuff that this mostly/entirely is.

 

i assume i'd be able to fit kato track to run on it (it's mostly straight... ).. right?  or are there clips for finetrack and so kato track will be a no-go?

I'd ballpark the full retail price to be around $200 - $250 USD

 

Used, I'd assume this will sell around $75 - $100 USD

 

These pieces could hold Kato track, there are no clips or grooves specifically for fine track.. Just remember these are built for fine track 37mm spacing so some of the holes for power and the overall length spacing will be different.

thanks for that. i figured about as much. the seller was overpricing it which is why i assumed it didnt sell and would come down.   realistically though that stuff takes up a lot of space and i should just buy it if/when i need it as for my needs (and my investment in hundreds of pieces of unitrack)  it does not lend itself to temporary layouts.
