Does anyone in Japan service Marklin trains

I was wondering because I am looking to move to the Osaka or Kyoto area in the near future,does any hobby shops there repair or service Marklin trains?

Looks like there is a shop in Hirakata-shi, Osaka.... along with Keihan line.
