Have just opened this kit which comes with some gate posts, a small set of steps and what looks like 2 flag poles.  I bought this unboxed so I wondered if anyone had any idea what the little set of steps are for and what, if any, flags I should be 'trying' to make!

The name of the small step is called Chorei-dai "朝礼台".

It is a small platform normally used during morining assembly at the school.  Principal or teachers steps up to the platform and speak to students.
