It is known that many Japanese commuter trains end up in Indonesia and the Philippines (in the later usually pulled by diesel locos though), but I didn't know that many KiHa's are in Myanmar now. Just look at the variation seen here: http://www.2427junction.com/mmryangoncu.html

KiHa 52, 58, 48, 120 in both the Myanmar livery but also in JR Hokkaido/Shikoku/West liveries.
