Martijn Meerts
http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10175268 Thank god it's not the 3-story version with the dome roofs, or I'd have had to get me one ;) Link to comment
Densha
I don't understand why they didn't go with Z or T scale. But it's probably not intented to be used with model trains... Link to comment
cteno4
awww come on martijn, this just screams martijn! yeah these are for the collectors. probably some reason for overall size and detail that they came up at 350. architectural models of this type are about right at around there for nice overall appearance and setting but still being able to get a little detail in there. matin n scale you would only need about 2.3m to do it in N scale! the detail on this from the pics seems a little mixed for $675 jeff Link to comment
Martijn Meerts
350 is also a fairly common scale, a lot of warships are available in that scale.. But yeah, some of the detail are just not good enough for that kind of price. I still love the station building though, so if it was a model of it's original state, I may have bought it just to get the dimensions, and then scale it up to 150 and have it laser cut ;) Link to comment
