Oku Depot Festival Cancelled Due to Typhoon Rain

Yesterday's festival at the Oku Depot was cancelled due to the Typhoon. I got there at 1:30 and the platform conductor was announcing that the Festival had been cancelled. There were still a few fans lingering on the platform and a few mothers with children waiting to catch the train back to Ueno. Rather than postponing it or moving it to Sunday, it was cancelled for this year. Bummer.
