yakumo381
Got a second hand カニ 24 series blue train coach off ebay which is fine apart from the JR sign on the side is at an angle. This is a relatively old Kato model so I suspect the JR logos were applied from the instant lettering sheets the same way you get currently individual coach numbers today. I have some replacement logos from Tomytec so has anyone any ideas for how I can get the original off without damaging the paint underneath? Link to comment

cteno4
If its the rub off transfer kind and no dull coat over it sometimes transparent (magic) tape will lift them off. Jeff 1 Link to comment
yakumo381
Soapy water with a soft cloth worked fine and the Tomytec logos went on with no problems afterwards. Link to comment
