n_scale_crazy
Thanks Steven for the help can it be DCC'd without too much of a hassle? Link to comment
stevenh
Sorry, have never owned such a model... will have to defer to others on here to see if anyone has tried to install a decoder. Link to comment
Mudkip Orange
I'm not sure why you'd want to run Japanese outline N scale as DCC. The Japanese don't... so nothing comes with a decoder. The train operations are more ordered and less ad-hoc (as opposed to US freight ops) so it's easier to operate accurately using fixed blocks. Link to comment
n_scale_crazy
well Mudkip, right now I don't have a home layout, so all my train running is at train shows on T-trak and the club has decided to only setup single sided loop ends and power with DCC. so to be able to something on the track it would need to be DCC. Mudkip Orange
Wellllllll that's a good reason to install DCC then. Good luck! Link to comment
