Sacto1985
YouTube poster 1125superbanana has probably posted the best full-length length video of the Nozomi Shinkansen trip from Hakata (Fukuoka) all the way to Tokyo, thanks to it being shot all in daytime: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O8V-_kHxvA8 Note that if you have the Internet bandwidth, this video can be enjoyed at full 1080p resolution. 1 Link to comment
JR 500系
Wow! I bet the one taking the video will feel the strain in his/ her arm with holding up the video camera for 5 hours + !! I'm guessing his seated in the middle, say about the 8th car? saw the marking on Hiroshima station.. Nice video! Now it just makes me feel more like going Japan again... Link to comment
Sacto1985
Interestingly, the stations with the most people getting off and on the train are Hiroshima, Okayama, Shin-Osaka, Kyoto and Nagoya--Okayama and Shin-Osaka especially because both are major transfer points to other significant JR lines. Densha
I think he used a tripod, you can't hold your hand still like in the video. Link to comment
Jcarlton
I had the headphones on and this video on my notebooks monitor, which made it feel like I was riding the train. I even started to look for the conductor over my left shoulder. 1 Link to comment

bikkuri bahn
There's some cab ride of shinkansen line? Here's an old favorite. 500 series on a Nozomi service. For high quality, you need to buy DVD. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CiD7QKJKc8Y&list=PL0074CE8615008771 Link to comment
Sacto1985
I got two way better zenmen tenbou videos, done on a 700 Series Shinkansen: Kokura Station to passing Shin-Yamaguchi Station: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d8CoPxsVkDs Passing Shin-Yamaguchi Station to passing Shin-Iwakuni Station http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oan28rhSrVo Note the train in the second video slows down a bit passing Tokuyama Station, because the station is built on a fairly sharp curve.
