Green Train - Kintetsu Osaka Line

So I'm curious, what's the deal with the green train in this video? You see it at 2:10, and it returns at 4:15. It's running express, but it's only two cars long... is it a charter train? A business car? I've never seen it in model form.

It's the charter train Kagirohi fitted out for travel company Club Tourism international Inc. (which is actually a subsidiary of Kintetsu).  The travel company is targeting middle aged and elderly customers, especially those whose activities center around social and hobby group gatherings.  Apparently this is the first time a dedicated charter train has been commissioned for a single customer.
