Thanks for sharing this.  Looks as you were taking these photos from a boat in the bay ?

 

We were in Japan when this accident happened.  My wife is already terrified of flying and seeing this on CNN only made things worse knowing that it happened at our home airport that we would be returning to.  By the time we returned on the 17th both of the runways that had been closed for about a week had reopened.  We landed on runway 28L and the burned area between the two runways were the Asiana plane had burned was clearly visible.
