Bernard
Clem - I also have the MA E751 it's a nice train but the one difference I found is that it is slightly lower to the rail than other models. Again nice Photos. I am going to PM the other guys about setting up a "Photography Platform". Clem - Take a look, there is now a new platform for "Photography" have fun! ;) Link to comment

SubwayHypes
Clem i really like that 785 Lilac, it looks like the hokaido express? Do you have any other pics and is it only a 2 car set? Link to comment
Mudkip Orange
MA 781 Doraemon Train, etc... Very nice photos. Question: are you using the 414/381 Kato superelevated track or are you using the new 315/282? And if you're using the 315/282, what has your experience been operationally? clem24
Clem i really like that 785 Lilac, it looks like the hokaido express? Do you have any other pics and is it only a 2 car set? Which Hokkaido Express? Anyway, the name is Lilac, which I believe has been replaced with Super Kamui service. The Super White Arrow also uses 785 series sets. Very nice photos. Question: are you using the 414/381 Kato superelevated track or are you using the new 315/282? And if you're using the 315/282, what has your experience been operationally? I am using 414/381. I've never heard of the 315/282 super-elevated curves. I believe those are just the old double plate track. I do have those smaller radius curves on my temp Unitrack layout and all my trains have been able to navigate them without issue. Actually, I lied. My Bachmann Acela Express cannot navigate those. The train just freezes. It's a complete (and very expensive) POS. Also, I missed a set... MA 261 Super Soya: Link to comment
scott
Searching for "japan" and "limited express" on Flickr comes up with over 600 hits--lots of interesting pictures, not just of trains, but of stations, bento, etc. http://www.flickr.com/search/?q=japan%20%22limited%20express%22&w=all&s=int Link to comment
scott
Not sure if anybody's posted this on the forum yet, but: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Limited_express Link to comment
scott
In JNSWiki, I've added a table to the limited-express page. The old table just listed one example of a limited express from each railway; the new one is designed to list any and all limited expresses for each railway. (I haven't deleted the old one yet.) Please feel free to add any trains you know of or like to the tables. Thanks! Link to comment
Guest ___
Hey, Scott leave the old page, that way there's multiple access points to the information. Link to comment
disturbman
I added some Shikoku Expresses but I'm not sure if the Sun Port is a real express. Plus, I don't know how to add pictures to the table. Link to comment
Guest ___
...Plus, I don't know how to add pictures to the table. Hey Vince, here's the code to insert a picture: [[File:File.png|200px|thumb|left|alt text]] If it's to an existing table, it goes to: |image=filename.jpg |imagesize=size |caption=your text here Link to comment
scott
Hey, Scott leave the old page, that way there's multiple access points to the information. Yeah, I'm just adding a new table to the existing page; I wouldn't delete anything. I'm even leaving the old table while the new one is being put together, and then we can decide to keep either one or both. Link to comment
NGT6 1315
Aw, you guys trying to ruin me? You do, of course, know that I'll now have to start looking for at least some of these, too? I don't have anything to add to this presentation which was not already shown - the only limited express set I have at this time being the Narita Express. Link to comment
EWS60008
Nice showcase of units, I personally would love to own a model of the Nankai Airport Express Series 50000 but nothing is popping up on ebay other than the Tomy Toy Train version . I am planning to get the 787 Tsubame Express EMU probably next month or in September . Link to comment
