Since we were talking about Nikko and Tobu, I might just as well put a couple of pages about Tobu's "Grande Dame", car #500. Presumably used on the Nikko run, 500 placed Tobu on the select club of electric railways around the world which ran parlor cars, and the even more select group of parlor cars with open-end observation platforms (along with U.S. roads like Oregon Electric, Waterloo Cedar Falls & Northern and Interstate Public Service).
