marknewton
Yes, they're based on the production 43s, but I think ours look better. (Yes, I'm biased! 😉) Cheers, Mark. 1 Link to comment

While there's nothing wrong about BR blue or InterCity black... ... NSW Candy is definitely the best! (the first countrylink livery wasn't bad too...) Edited May 7, 2020 by Socimi Link to comment
Griffinrails
Sorry for the bump, but I thought that this should have a bit more light on it for things like this. Talking about Aussie trains, should we shine some light on the Western Australian trains that look like they're from Pakistan? https://www.ecosia.org/images?q=wagr%20diesel%20locos#id=F5DBF1C1AA6941998EAB40A20E46137BC2A3882C Seriously, what's the difference? https://www.ecosia.org/images?q=pakistan%20diesel%20locos#id=3A52A3EF88091A9B8B9FD8043FCD3C1BB2141963 They're both awesome looking loco, but i REALLY don't like the livery. Also, Countrylink had a sponsored loco, the Starlight Express loco. It looked... ehh. But when NSW Trainlink took over, they didn't do a very good job patching it up. https://www.ecosia.org/images?q=xpt%20starlight#id=BB4E1E4A4CE780949B740FE1F38E5C8512D0B197 https://railgallery.wongm.com/cache/nsw-trainlink-victoria/F139_0016_595.jpg?cached=1587782964 You can see on the window pole that they just SPRAY PAINTED OVER A STICKER WITH THE WRONG BLUE!
