building painting and weathering tutorial

Very nicely done tutorial on detail painting and weathering of a building (hydrocal cast structure). its in HO, but many of the techniques are perfect for n scale needs as well. the guy is a former set painter so knows his stuff and tricks to make things easier! loved the ideas of some white glue on the roof to give a few glossy spots in the finish. at times its some of those odd little details that makes the mind's eye pop into thinking real world.
