bikkuri bahn
It is this location on the Tokaido Line, adjacent to the Ibigawa Bridge (western end), in Ogaki, Gifu Prefecture: http://www.panoramio.com/photo/65699770 The nearest station is Higashi Ogaki on the Tarumi Railway (I don't know the frequencies of service, please check this: http://tarumi-railway.com/timetable-20130316.pdf ) It may be easier to take a taxi from Ogaki Station and have it drop you off near the bridge. Otherwise it's a 3.5km or so walk from JR Ogaki Sta. Edited May 27, 2013 by bikkuri bahn Link to comment

Cheers NB Actually there is a Meitetsu Bus service from Ogaki Station (the Softpia Line) that goes in that direction, but there is only one trip/day that goes to a stop near the bridge (Higashi machi). Better off taking a taxi if you don't want to hoof it, or take the Tarumi Rlwy. Link to comment
stevenh
And while you're there, head in the other direction to Minoakasaka. Great freight action as well! Here's an article of my last visit:http://modelrail.otenko.com/japanese-trains/minoakasaka (Sorry if this post sounds like spam :) ) Link to comment
