miyakoji
Nice find. The station here is Oboke, and one north is Koboke. In addition to sounding funny, which I think is true for both the English and Japanese ear, the meanings are quite unusual. Big step danger and little step danger, I guess. A friend (from Shikoku in fact, but from Ehime) translated them as "dangerous to take small steps and dangerous to stride." Link to comment
Densha
You just gotta love Shikoku! That friggin' nature is so awesome! Shikoku is definitely on my wish list for places to visit if I get to Japan someday. I want to take pictures of trains from that last point. Btw, MicroAce made this certain train in 1/150. It's somewhere on my wish list of trains, but my collection of JR Shikoku trains is only growing very slowly because there are only very few available and at some point the train money is spent.
