bikkuri bahn Posted April 19, 2013 Share Posted April 19, 2013 (edited) I lived in the region back then- a shame I never visited this operation (nor was I aware of it) as I was more casual in my railfanning at the time. The tank cars are gone from Eastern Hokkaido, another sign of the run-down of non-container freight operations by JR Freight in Hokkaido and elsewhere.
