Thanks for sharing Ronny! I must say this web cam IS quite interesting... Good mix of commuter and shinkansen trains!

 

I think you are referring to the word titles? I can try explaining here a little with my limited Japanese:

 

From the left, Yamanote Line, Keihin-Tohoku Line, Shinkansen, on the bottom of the video is the Tohoku Main Line, Centre is Tabata station and on the right is ' sorry I cant really get this one but it is Tabata something station...
