Points and Crossovers Unitram Track Plan

Yesterday I created a sort of double figure eight track plan including three crossovers using Anyrail.  Its based on a layout Modemo used to exhibit its NT100 demonstrator at the 2009 All Japan Hobby Show.  Later I decided to see if I could add some switches to the layout. The points and crossovers track plan has three crossovers and six points (switches).

It has the look of a really busy tram system, but it is really only two loops. As far as if can determine there shouldn't be any reverse loops. Even with all the switches a tram remains on its particular track.

Space required is 42 x 54 inches which is more than I have, unfortunately.

The center section with the points matches the track layout and size of the original V50 sets so you could build on an existing set. Now three corners would have switches instead of curves.

The thumbnails are 1. the points and crossovers track plan and 2. the original Modemo NT100  demo loop.

Regardless of how power is routed through the switches, I'm isolating the frogs to avoid any issues.

I have enough feeders so a voltage drop isn't an issue.

I'm working on feeders and insulated unijoiners for my layout.  Does anyone know the 40-300 crossovers are insulated?  On the crossover the trams should riding on their flanges. If they ride on their flanges are they still drawing power? From looking at photos it appears the crossover has shallow flanges like the prototype.
