bronzeonion
I am following JR Easts Twitter feed and through Google Translate alot of the posts during the snowfall were 'suspended operation' then whatever line that applied to. Even Japanese railways struggle with the snow. Well the ones designed for it cope fine but you know what I mean. Link to comment
Ochanomizu
In such weather three things come to my mind: kotatsu, sake, and baseball. 1 Link to comment
Martijn Meerts
There's a chance it might be snowing today in the Netherlands, so the Dutch Railways adjusted their schedule and is running fewer trains.. Of course, there isn't actually any snow at all yet, or at least, not in the parts of the Netherlands where I live and work :) Edited February 14, 2013 by Martijn Meerts Link to comment
Densha
A few hours ago hail started but just a few minutes ago it started snowing (not heavy) where I live (the very west). Link to comment
Ochanomizu
Base...ball? Mr Densha, It is true that the baseball season doesn't commence until the end of March. Believe me. There will be snow at the end of March, especially for north regions. Of course, I mean: sit at kotatsu, drink sake, watch baseball ... not play. No time for play when drinking sake. Link to comment
