Very cute! My favorite announcement from a conductor to the passengers as we were pulling into our final destination: "due to circumstances beyond our control, this train is arriving on time."

I visit London two times in ten years.  I found trains were punctual.  When there was a problem, announcement gave alternate solution.  It was not a problem for me.  Other countries not so good.
