KenS
That's a clever commercial. The way the music trailed off after the first stop, almost despondently...very well done. And yeah, the scale (in relation to the length of the trains, not modeling scale) was a bit small, and all those single-tracks with stub ends wouldn't make for interesting operation, but I want it anyway. 1 Link to comment

Tecchan
Really cool comercial! :-) With colored plexi (matching the colors of the lines) this would have been even cooler! :-) Link to comment
Davo Dentetsu
Heh, fun to see in operation. Would be good if things like how it was made would be a bonus. :D Link to comment

Ochanomizu
The burning question, of course, is whether the model is made by Kato, Micro Ace, or GreenMax? Link to comment
The Next Station Is...
Did they buy or borrow those trains? Maybe they are owned and lent by enthusiastic employees? (I love asking these kind of questions which will never be answered!) Link to comment
ToniBabelony
Commercials are usually outsourced to companies who specialise in these kind of things. They can purchase all equipment on the tab of the firm and put them on the bill of the commissioner. Also, these things are tax-deductible and probably only used once, so either they ended up in the storage or an employee of the firm (or the chief) has now a few nice models at home (if they weren't rentals). :P Link to comment
bikkuri bahn
Some more interesting Tokyo Metro TV commercials. Video game style showing anti-flooding measures: Safety appeal, rolling stock maintenance (Tokyo Metro has the largest fleet of rolling stock outside the big JR companies): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3N_ELPPu6j4 1 Link to comment
