john_ibw
I liked this multi-level arrangement in the layout in the image. Does anyone recall whose it is? Is this by a member here? I am interested in learning more. Any photos / details / URL to a blog or site? Love the multi-level arrangement on this one! Platforms also lighted well I should add! I would love to get more details on it. Thanks in advance! Link to comment

bill937ca
This is a similar module, but no station. http://bontetsu.exblog.jp/i4/3/ It has the Tomytec moving bus system inside the Tomix wide tram and trains above. Edited February 4, 2013 by bill937ca Link to comment

CaptOblivious
Very cool little scene, I love it! Never seen it before, however, so I won't be of any assistance… Link to comment
ToniBabelony
I have managed to identify the layout! It's a layout made by Atorie Minamo, a shop in Machida which has this layout in the shop for rent. Now, I live only a few kilometers from this shop away, so I think I'll visit it next week. The mountain railway: https://www.youtube.com/user/masa233830?feature=watch http://www.atorie-minamo.com/ 3 Link to comment
Bernard
This is an interesting layout and I like the multi-level design. I wonder what the grade in for the Tram line....it is steep. Take a look at 1:52 as the tram leaves the viaduct to grade...it looks like there isn't a smooth transition in the track. Link to comment
bill937ca
Quite some layout:suspension bridge, mountains and a huge train station. Thanks for finding Toni! Link to comment
john_ibw
Toni, thanks much! Nice work identifying this layout. Enjoy your visit there and I doubt very much you will leave the shop empty handed :) Bernard, yes, that is a steep gradient and my guess is that all trains / trams will not make the transition at the very top smoothly Link to comment
ToniBabelony
A little bump in this old topic. Today, I was alone for a few hours and decided to ignore my busy work schedule and do a one hour run on the layout of Minamo with my small 16m train collection. The layout is more finished than in the videos and sees occasional changes as well. I came a bit early, since it might have been full (because Sunday), but found myself as the only customer. A bit later two other guys joined and had a little chat for the remaining time. The run on the mountain track I had chosen was a bit rough on one of my trains, but that was mainly because the wheels weren't moving well and the couplings need a bit more modification. Still, a good run was had and all the more motivation to repaint my trains to a new livery. I was thinking about painting them in a livery of the fictional Ōyama Railway: http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=41162772 I'll probably visit this rental layout shop a bit more later with my Keisei trains as well. :) 4 Link to comment
