I was mucking around looking for ideas and I kept coming one particular blog. Its relatively new, first post was in January 2012. This may keep you from freezing on a cold night, Aussies from boiling under a hot sun.

Love those pics of the Tamaden Kinutahonmura single track terminus (taken with an Olympus Pen).  Amazingly, the passenger shelter is still being used as such for the current bus service.

 

*the following pics of JNR activity at Hashimoto Sta. as well as on the Gotemba Line are treasures too- dripping with atmosphere and period detail.

Boiling sun, Bill? I wish that were the case! Today at Waterfall it's a "balmy" 17 degrees, with rain and a howling southerly! :)

 

That blog is one I've had bookmarked for a while, he's posted some wonderful photos on it. It's a favourite of mine.
