Spaceman Spiff
I wonder how long until he gets a flat panel to simulate travel. Spiff 3 Link to comment
cteno4
i was wondering if he was going to do that! they are getting cheap enough you could do that easily in his setup. there are a few great out the window videos ive seen of train rides ive thought wouldnt that be lovely on a flat screen on the wall with a little mpeg player looping a bunch of them! if shot with a full hd camera you could probably also res it out to two or even three screens. mating it all up is tough but a trick thats been done in exhibits. can get expensive fast though. amazing how cheap its getting to do stuff like this. last exhibit master plan i did we had all the major content graphics as large flat panels integrated into the exhibit instead of standard silk screen panels. turns out its now cheaper to produce the exhibit this way and then its more flexible to fix/change later and you can have it do multiple languages with a user button! main downside is that graphic panels can be too glaring and not very human when done as led flat screens as opposed to well done silk screens on interesting surfaces. jeff Link to comment

Guest Closed Account 1
Flat screen in Canada without hockey? I just don't see the expenditure justification. Gotta add the beer, eh? Link to comment
