Great book, The Lure Of Japanese Railways

Great picture bokk of Japanese rail in the late 1960's including the Shinkansen, Tokyo, the end of steam and men riding logs.  Great stuff.

It's a superb book, isn't it? Of all the beautiful images it contains, my favourite would have to be of the engineman on page 13 - brilliant! The style of his photos reminds me of a John Frankenheimer film.
