westfalen
So that's where all the 300 series went. I can't understand what they're saying but I assume the Japanese aren't amused. Link to comment

CaptOblivious
That is hilarious. If it weren't obvious from the images, apparently CNR is photoshopping images of JR shinkansen for their promotional materials. Link to comment
bikkuri bahn
The photoshopping of the CNR logo unto the shinkansen pretty much blows away any excuses that the photo selection was unintentional. But the ineptitude of the brochure maker is revealed in the other picture, where they failed to erase a JR logo from a Yokusuka Line train. Link to comment

westfalen
it's chinese and they just lost any intergity they had left serious who on earth would buy a hsr set off them if they can't even advert their own model nor photoshop right Most railway managers are not railfans like us who would spot it straight off, most I've met wouldn't know a Shinkansen from a TGV from an ICE. What I don't get is why use photos of Japanese trains, when with a couple of minutes surfing the net I'm sure even I could come up with dozens of suitable pictures of the actual Chinese trains, not to mention the obvious fact that they're in china and could just go out and take photos themselves. JR 500系
Oh dear... This is absolutely bad news... This could seriously worsen the 'already very bad' relationship between Japan & China due to the contraversy 'Fishing Island', which has yet to be resolved. This could escalate matters & worsen! Did CNR got JR approval for this? It's almost like a plain-rip using Japan's shinkansen photo! Look they even forgot to take away one of the JR logo on the train in one of the 'testing' photos... They even have a copy of German's ICE train with CNR logo! This is bad.. And Japan is NOT amused indeed... Wonder if a lawsuit is coming? Link to comment
