closed lines

i found this a while back and couldn't find it.

 

After a question about pics from a yard to load cattle i started looking as i though this page had info on one.

 

While it didn't and must have been another i figured i'd post this.

And the links beside each photo lead to more pages on each subject. I'll be spending hours looking through it, closed lines and their remains are fascinating. It appears some are technically not closed but that fairly common case in Japan of lines that had construction started but then abandoned without ever seeing a train.
