Tank car markings

Hi all,

 

Hobby Search says that this http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/image/10174319p/10/1 is a tank car for paraffin service. Where in the car is it written "Load paraffin only" (or words to that effect)?

It's located below the taki 14300 designation on the center right of the car:

[ノルマルパラフィン専用] or "reserved for normal paraffin"

Sorry to abuse you but I'm looking for JOT tankers for a possible next project - a Chichibu tank train.

Nothing to do with Chichibu Rlwy though.  Newer types of these run between Kawasaki and Haijima/Yokota AB, twice a week.

Thanks BB, but I'm looking for just the opposite - tanks not assigned to jet fuel service. I want half-a-dozen JOT-owned thanks which I could tie behind my two Chichibu locos - my long term idea is to assemble models of of all 4 types of freight trains found on the Chichibu (Limestone, Cement, Coal and Fuel). Since I don't know Japanese I want to be sure that I'm tying proper (fuel) tanks behind my locos and not tanks assigned to some impossible chemical...
