HMMMMM - seems to be a rather different perspective, thoughts, and no instant Judgement on Rail Accidents when occuring in Australia - rather then the US - Interesting.  I wouldn't know - I wasn't there - but according to NEWS reports ---- I Have The FACTS !!!  The Truck was in the "Danger Zone" where it shouldn't have been.  Obviously didn't pay any attention to signs or fences, and was well inside the 2 foot limit of "Live" track!"

  Thank God no one lost their life.  I guess the truck and truck driver shouldn't have been drinking and partying on the tracks.

Safety lights don't protect you if you jump a grade crossoing.  Was the truck driver wearing his high visibilty jacket?:
