Question about this kit...

Nope, it's not. I emailed HS about it some months ago and it doesn't come with a motor and you have to assemble it yourself and attach the decals as well.

I really wish it came as a complete kit. I don't really mind assembling, but decals... :(

You're not the only one having exactly the same problem, me and other JNS members also were interested in it but the decals made them hesitant about ordering it. If it goes wrong one time, it's done for.
