Train City Importers in Tokyo Ever hear of this?

Saw this in Setagaya on the way to Kinuta Park from my apartment a while back and finally got around to taking some pics and uploading it on PhotoBucket.

 

It appears that there is only the sign as there is no mention of Train City on the building.

HHhmmm.. Seems grass is always greener on the other side? Japanese looking to buy foreign train models while us foreigners longed to buy Japanese train models...

Name's not on the building, since I'm guessing there is another ten companies operating out of it. I remember in Shin-Osaka finding a model shop on the tenth floor of a building that was smaller than my bedroom. On top of that t he building itself was so cramped that I prayed an EQ wouldn't hit it, as there was on where for me to duck and cover in the hall.
