new JR Kyushu excursion train

Apparently to debut in October 2013.  I guess I'm most curious about the loco depicted, it looks like a DF200 which to my knowledge is operated only by JR Freight in Hokkaido.

There is some speculation it will be a customized DF200 with reduced axle load (the current DF200 has a 16 ton axle load, too much for example, the Sekihoku Line) to enable it to run on the lighter non-electrified lines.  I would think 2xDD51 would be more typical, but if JR Kyushu has the money, well...
