Nmbs Posted May 14, 2012 Share Posted May 14, 2012 It looks like it's Just the bottom one widened with fotoshop. On four track lines with very heavy traffic this could actually make sense! But the train on the top picture just couldn't work because of the way to small turning clearance of the weelsets. If they were to build what's on that picture, they'd need really very large radii to make that thing go round a bend without derailing, not to speak of turnouts. I think they should try making that for real on four-wheel-axles, running on four parallel rails an with large enough gaps for the wheelsets to turn properly. Link to comment
