Check it out: TV program this weekend in Japan with railway content

A heads up to forum members living in Japan (gmat, likeablerodent, et al), Fuji TV is showing a somewhat railway themed drama this Saturday on their "Premium Saturday" movie showcase (9pm~11:10pm).  The movie "Hankyu Densha" chronicles the trials and tribulations in the lives of several different people who live near and ride the Hankyu Imazu Line:

Tonight TV Tokyo had a program on a Mr. Hasegawa(?) and the theme were how small regional lines were coping with revenue decline. It was from 10:00 to 11:00. Pretty interesting. I think that you may be able to buy the dvd for the program, or at least they 10 lucky people can send a postcard to get a chance to get one. anyone provide more info on this?

Tonight TV Tokyo had a program on a Mr. Hasegawa(?)

 

Darn, I missed that.  The program was "Cambria Kyuden", and featured the Sagano Kanko Tetsudo, which runs tourist trains through the Hozu River gorge in Kyoto. Mr. Hasegawa was ex-JNR, and the former chief of the JR West Wakayama office, now head of the Sagano Kanko Rlwy.
