Bandai No. Minis

Bandai NO Minis rail of the railroad model. 5 runs on battery-ray single orange ring 101 national railroad system launched in 1926 set age 50. Rail is 11 mm in width from N gauge round rugged feel. Car power car top, rear-wheel driving wheel is only in three-car train. Is wearing a rubber like N gauge.

 

 

A vintage Bandai battery powered train set on 11mm track in the original packaging. I`m guessing this is an early attempt at something between N gauge and Pla-Rail. It may predate the widespread popularity of N gauge.

i actually have 3 sets (one set has like 3 different trains) of these old bandai battery powered trains. picked them up on ebay cheap, they just seemed such a novelty. i have not gotten around to cleaning up the motors yet. mine look to be 70s or 80s by the packaging.
