Documentary covering the modernization of the railway system.  The title is Sharyo Kakumei no Kishutachi,or "Standard Bearers of the Rolling Stock Revolution".  Sound and video quality is spotty in some segments, but many gems of scenes.  I especially like the scene of the palletized freight being loaded by forklift into the gleaming new wamuhachi under the big Umeda Freight Terminal shed roof, and the scene at 9:50 in the second clip of the lineup of JNR's pride of the fleet.
