big piles of Japanese food on YT

Youtube puts a lot of useless recommendations on the right side of the screen, but every once in a while there's something interesting.  A video by contributor oomorisurfer appeared there a few weeks ago, and I've been checking out some of his videos.  Here's one at Yayoi Restaurant in Noda, Chiba.

At :56 there's Matsubara Chieko, who was in various Nikkatsu yakuza movies in the late '60s like Tokyo Drifter.  They go on to harass her about whether she can eat the extra large serving.  oomorisurfer has several videos featuring various restaurants.

These guys are the "Terameshi Club" and they document and devour mega-portions with true mania.  And these guys are thin!
