Grade crossing accident on JR Sanyo Line

This evening, in the Nishi Akashi Station area, Sanyo Main Line, a Chizu Kyuko ltd. express Super Hakuto #10 collided with a truck at a grade crossing.  The train was traveling at 100km/h.  There were approx. 10 passengers with light injuries from broken glass. The truck driver in his twenties also had light injuries.  Services on both the up and down lines between Himeji and Kobe were affected.  The grade crossing was not a regular public one, being located within railway property, and the truck had been delivering supplies to a rolling stock depot.
