These two videos below show Tomytec and Greenmax tram bodies on the Tomytec TM-TR01 tram chassis. Very realistic close headway operation. I think it is possible, but it would be much larger which would take a lot of the fun out of it. Then I started to think about one with the scale to run 16 car shinkansens through it... Take a school gym for a day and a LOT of track and a train club with nothing better to do... That would be crazy, but as my seven year old says, this is "awesome sauce!"
